Our focus

My Nurse Whitney

Private RN care management for families whose aging parents live far away. Whitney Treloar, MSN, RN, CCM, becomes the family's eyes and ears: coordinating doctors, reviewing medications, explaining care in plain English and keeping everyone informed. Entirely remote, private pay.

My Nurse Whitney is a service of BAM Team Services LLC. We provide the company, technology and business infrastructure behind it, so Whitney can spend her time on families.

Speech recognition before it was everyday. Cloud contact centers before the cloud had a name. The experience behind BAM Team Services started long before 2018.

  1. 1992

    Founded SpeechCraft, Inc.

    Speech recognition for the insurance industry. Built the world's first system for changing an address over the phone in natural, conversational speech, and one of the first internet-based virtual contact centers, for FedEx.

  2. 1995

    SpeechCraft acquired

    Sold to its largest customer.

  3. 1996

    Genesys Telecommunications Labs

    Joined before the IPO. Led large contact center deployments for Bell Atlantic, Bank of America, Citibank and Intel, then directed development of g-Express, demonstrated as a fully integrated contact center deployed live on stage in 60 minutes at G-Force 2001 in Prague.

  4. 2001

    CTO, Corybant

    Architected a voice and web information-delivery platform and shipped its first release in 120 days.

  5. 2004

    Echopass

    Cloud contact centers before the cloud had a name. Won the largest deal in company history, $22 million, and grew the account past 8,000 users.

    BAM Team Services founded

The people behind the company

Wayne Sheppard

Founder & Managing Partner

Wayne has spent more than three decades building voice, speech and contact center technology. He founded and sold SpeechCraft, joined Genesys Telecommunications Labs before its IPO, served as CTO of Corybant and led professional services and product management at Echopass.

He has delivered work alongside Andersen, PwC and Deloitte & Touche, for clients including Bank of America, Citibank, Intel and FedEx, and is a named inventor on 6 US patents.

Whitney Treloar, MSN, RN, CCM

Member · Founder, My Nurse Whitney

Whitney is a registered nurse and certified case manager with a master's in nursing education. She has worked in ICU and cardiac care, home health, psychiatric case management and remote case management, and has led teams of nurses, therapists and social workers caring for older adults at home.

She has taught nursing at the college level and is licensed in Florida (multistate compact), New York, California, Illinois and Nevada.
